A friend and I came in last week for a bite to eat, and we were amazed by the food and service. I ordered the nachos but subbed fries for a chili cheese fry. They were absolutely delicious. Our waitress, Zoe, was fantastic! Order was perfect, drinks were never running low, and she engaged with my kid as well. 10/10 recommend
I came in for a pick up order. I greeted right away by 2 friendly staff members. I could tell they were in the middle of something important but they helped me right away. Very professional. Very attentive. My food was fresh and delicious . I ate it in the car
We started with the appetizer platter with fried green tomatoes, egg rolls, and cheese wedges which was a wonderful choice. We ordered the salad with chicken strips and peanut butter burger. The french fries were delicious and the burger woke up every taste bud in my mouth. It was prepared correctly and complimented nicely with perfect garnishment. Our server was amazing and glasses were always full. A great option for dinner.
We came out to eat for a work lunch and we weren't disappointed! The food was delicious, quick, and a great price. Our server Myra was the highlight of our visit! Her humor and funny interactions while providing an excellent service only made our experience at Mugshots Fultondale one of the best. Highly recommend coming out and experiencing this fabulous place yourself!
Let me say that the manager Wavy is the best manager he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure he takes care of any issues.. So we ordered our food it was our dinner and got home to a very raw burger, so we had no dinner that night.. went in the next day The food was absolutely fresh, the atmosphere is great. The manager made sure that everything was perfect .. I do recommend this place

My 17th birthday gathering was here and we had a party of 20. It may have taken a while to be seated but overall everything turned out great and the food was delivered in a timely manner considering the amount of people present. Major shout out to our waitress Leah, she handled everything very well.
